1) Understanding Your Vision 👁

What is your vision? What do you want to accomplish? The bigger picture is the most important thing to understand, and after that is taking action. Knowing the end result of what you are aiming for will not only help you stay on track and get the results that you want, but it will also help keep your efforts in perspective along the way.

A flow coach will help you develop the skills and habits needed to reach your flow state in your professional, and personal life. Communicating your vision with your flow coach will allow him or her to have a better understanding to start planning the objectives of your journey.

2) Developing & Refine Your Goals 🎯

Once you’ve determined what your goals are, your flow coach will help prioritize and refine what each goal means and your responsibilities to said goal. Compartmentalizing each goal into individual tasks will help keep a plan in place to complete one goal at a time to reach the end goal and the desired result you are looking for.

Along the way, you will be surprised by how your initial goals may have changed, evolved, or grown into other versions while maintaining that same positive result. This is all determined by you and your flow coach.

3) Mindfulness Process 🧘‍♀️

Mindfulness is about staying present and becoming more aware of what’s happening at the moment. After all, if you’re trying to achieve your goal, you need to be focused on it at that particular moment, this is what flow is all about.

That’s not always easy when there are so many distractions in our lives, but mindfulness teaches us how to do it and can lead to amazing results. Flow coaching specifically understands the power of this principle by teaching you effective methods and strategies to channel this in your workflow and lifestyle.

4) Planning Creatively ✍

Create an overview of your goals and timelines. What are your short-term, intermediate, and long-term goals? How are you going to break these down into manageable steps? What is the timeline? Create a life checklist. This is a list of your top five values in life.

For each one, write at least one sentence about why it’s important to you. Your flow coach will help expand, and develop these items with you and decide what actions to take to meet the desired result. flow state is about enjoying the process and journey while thriving with the results.

5) Sustain Your Changes ✅

Establishing flow is not about quick fixes or temporary improvements, it’s about lasting change. Without sustainability, these changes are short-lived and that’s not ideal for anyone.
